For this round-up, I want to bring your attention to all the details that are going on in these designs. I particularly love the light wood and white marble mix with a bit of a gold or black rustic metal accent. I think a muted color palette along with a little bit of gold “pop” and natural greens from house plants are always timeless and classy. In my previous round-up post, I touched on the importance of keeping things minimal so that the space feel more open and aesthetically pleasing. What does minimal mean? For me, I think that “less is more,” so basically I would spend my time on investing in higher quality pieces of furnitures and setting those as the focus rather than buying a bunch of random furnitures and decor. For example, I would invest in a high quality couch, dining table, or oversized artwork and let them be the focal points. It is also wise to keep the countertops and tabletops clean with just a centerpiece (books, flowers, or vase) so that the room doesn’t look cluttered. Thanks so much for stopping by and feel free to leave me a comment.
