The official last day of Summer is September 22nd this year and I don’t know about you, but I am so ready to break out my Fall outerwear right about now. Although I might have to wait until late October since it is still very warm in Los Angeles. This weekend was chill and relaxing, I went to the Restoration Hardware flagship store on Melrose with my friend Juliannah to check out some furnitures for inspirations. If you’re new to LA and want to find a relaxing spot to hang out for a little while, then I would definitely recommend checking out the rooftop patio. There’s also a ping pong table upstairs and it is open to everyone. One day, my entire house will be decorated with these amazing furnitures, but until then a boy can dream right?
Over the past year, I have been slowly building my wardrobe with more simple, edgy, and classic pieces. In fact, I’ve just edited my closet and donated half of it a way. My general rule is to get rid of stuff that have not been worn in 6-8 months to make room for new items. I usually dress for the day when I put on an outfit, so it is important for me to shop for transitional pieces that I can wear day-to-night. I’m particularly a huge fan of the mojo jeans because of how effortless cool they make me feel. I think that moto jeans are comparable to leather jackets in terms of the “cool” factor – without trying too hard if you know what I mean. For this outfit, I am wearing a nude long sleeve shirt from H&M (perfect color for Spring/Summer btw), ripped moto jeans from Zara, a pair of white leather shoes from a local thrift store, gold anchor necklace from Miansai, classic nail bracelet from Giles&Brothers, and silver watch from Geoffrey Beene.
Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy your last days of Summer everyone. PS – I am going to Yosemite next weekend and I’m very excited to share some more amazing pictures with you. Stay tuned!
